InspektionsSystem AB lanserar nu en ugnskamera med en nyutvecklad sensorteknik som gör att kameran klarar av de extrema ljusförhållandena i en ugn. Det dubbelmantlade huset som är tillverkat i syrafast rostfritt stål, kyls med vatten. Skyddsglaset framför kameran rengörs av tryckluft. Den är användarvänlig och smidig att installera i befintliga ugnar då den totala diametern endast är 11,5cm.
Standard längden på kameran är 70cm men kan anpassas efter behov.
Kameran är en kombinerad digital HD megapixel-kamera med analog SD video utgång.
Standard linsen har en ca 30° horisontell bildvinkel.
Installationen av kameran är lätt då både kameran och huset har en indikatorer som ligger i linje när man monterar den. Huset har industrianpassade kontaktdon med enkla anslutningar för analog och digital utgång samt strömmatning.
Ugnskameran består av två större delar, ett ytterhölje och ett kylhus med handtag.
De två delarna sätts ihop med endast två M8 bult, vilket gör konstruktionen enkel att montera eller ta isär för underhåll. Ytterhöljet fästs mot ugnens vägg, medan kameran med handtag är flyttbar.

Kameramodulen är placerad i ett vattenkylt kamerahus, som tillverkas i en standardlängd för alla ugnar. Ytterhöljet, handtag och slangar däremot kan enkelt anpassas efter önskemål. Frontbrickan på kylhuset sitter monterad med fem stycken M6 bultar och är enkel att ta bort för rengöring av skyddsglaset/värmespegeln Baksidan av ugnskameran har lättillgängliga snabbanslutningar för luft och vatten. Samtliga anslutningar på baksidan är olika så de går inte att förväxla. Infästningen mellan de två delarna är nyckelhålsformade för att enkelt få kameran på plats, och underlätta vid underhåll. |

Option: Temperaturregulator
Ugnskamerans temperaturområde beror på flera faktorer, bl.a. inkommande vattenflöde, vattentemperatur, samt ugnens egen temperatur.
Högt vattenflöde kan orsaka onödiga kostnader pga. hög vattenförbrukning.
Låg vattentemperatur kan i kombination med luftfuktigheten orsaka kondensproblem i kamerahuset.
För att undvika detta så kan ugnskameran fås med en option som reglerar vattenflödet efter vattentemperaturen.
Denna regulator ger ett dynamiskt vattenflöde, som minskar vattenförbrukningen samtidigt som vattentemperaturen höjs till en säker nivå över daggpunkten, men samtidigt väl under kameramodulens övre temperaturområde.
Option: Temperaturvarning, reläutgång
Kamerahuset kan utrustas med en temperatursensor för att mäta vattentemperatur eller lufttemperatur inne i kamerahuset. Denna temperatursensor aktiverar ett larm vid en förbestämd temperatur
Option: Temperaturvarning i analog videobild
Genom att kombinera en temperatursensor och med en videogenerator kan operatören få en tydlig visuell varning direkt i den analoga videobilden om temperaturen är utanför det normala arbetsområdet.
Detta gäller dock bara den analoga videosignalen, och inte den digital via IP
Option: Temperaturindikering i analog videobild
Ugnskameran kan även utrustas med en OSD (On Screen Display), som kontinuerligt visar aktuell vattentemperatur, lufttemperatur eller vad operatören önskar. Det ger en mer dynamisk indikering på om något är fel, och operatören kan i ett tidigare skede upptäcka och åtgärda problemet.
Detta gäller dock bara den analoga videosignalen, och inte den digital via IP

The camera provides real-time HD video (720p/30) using the H.264 codec, currently, the most advanced standard for high-efficiency video compression and supports resolutions up to 1.3 megapixel. In addition to HD video over IP, the hybrid camera provides for a simultaneous analogue SD (PAL/NTSC) video output via BNC (CVBS). At a resolution of 720p, the Digital Image Shift1) function additionally provides for a subsequent digital fine alignment of the image section, which additionally guarantees for a straightforward installation process of the camera.
Depending on the requirements, the camera can be conventionally supplied with 12V DC or conveniently operated via Power over Ethernet (PoE Class 0, IEEE 802.3af) which allows for an easy, quick and cost-effective cabling and commissioning.
